These Terms govern your use of ResumeTailor (resume.stardottools.top), operated by Siyuan Zheng, an individual based in China ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ResumeTailor is an AI-powered resume tailoring and building platform. It lets you: get a free AI diagnosis comparing your resume to a job description; unlock a full tailored, ATS-optimized rewrite; build and edit structured resumes with multiple templates; generate job-specific resume versions, translations, and interview preparation content.
All results are AI-generated. We do not guarantee that using ResumeTailor will result in interviews or job offers. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before using it (e.g. in a real job application).
Payments are one-time purchases processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Purchased report unlocks and resume-pack credits do not expire. Single unlock purchases carry a 7-day money-back guarantee — email support@stardottools.top within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the result. There are no recurring subscriptions; you are never auto-billed.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the resume content and job descriptions you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to generate the outputs you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is fraudulent, impersonates someone else without authorization, or violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes of job applications.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
